Tapered Roller Bearings
Tapered roller bearings make use of conical rollers and raceways, organized so that the rollers and raceways meet at a common apex. The rollers are guided by contact between the big end of the roller and a rib on the inner ring. This supplies high capability for radial and single thrust loads.
The majority of tapered roller bearings include case-carburized parts. Cups, rollers, and cones are made from case-hardened alloy steel of "Bearing Quality" to supply remarkable tiredness life and dependability. Precise control of heat treatment, dimensions, and surface finish of the elements even more contribute to trusted bearing efficiency.
Crowned rollers under load disperse tension equally along their complete length of contact with the raceways, consequently removing tension concentration at the roller ends. This design idea also makes up for small misalignment between shaft and real estate bore and deflection under load, thereby reducing stress concentration.
Tapered roller bearings features:
High radial and thrust load ratings
With integrated double-lip seal
Glass fibre reinforced window-type polyamide cage
Pre-greased with high performance lubricant (MT32) for operating temperature range from -25°C to +140°C
Sealed and pre-adjusted bearing units
